Massage Wand - Electrotherapy "Violet Ray"

Rare and complete 1930s electrotherapy "Violet Ray" set by Felma G.m.b.H, Fabrik Elektromech. Apparate, München (Germany). Comes in its original black suitcase with violet cushion fabric lining, this early 20th-century medical device is a fascinating piece from the era of experimental electrotherapy. The set includes the main control unit with two rotary knobs (Schwach Stark for strength and Frequenz for frequency), serial number 224955, original electrical handpieces, and a full range of glass electrode attachments. All electrodes have metal bases marked "Felma." Two electrodes show breaks (visible in the photos); the rest appear intact but have not been tested individually - we don't want to remove any item from its place, everything else looks whole, but we might have missed something small. Overall, everything looks really great. The suitcase is structurally sound, though the lid is slightly loose. All components remain in their original fitted compartments. This lot is sold as-is, for display or collection purposes only -- not tested for functionality. A complete and rare example of pre-war electro-medical history, ideal for collectors of antique medical instruments or early electrical devices. Dimensions: Height: 12.5 cm Width: 35.5 cm Depth: 26 cm Net weight: approx. 3.5 kg Please take a good look at the photos, which are an integral part of the description. This lot will be carefully packed, so it will get to its new owner exactly as it should.
