Set of 9 blue porcelain plates in the "Blue Onion" style (Zwiebelmuster), inspired by the classic Meissen pattern (Germany, 18th century).

Its decoration features stylized floral and fruit motifs in cobalt blue on a white background, with wavy edges.

On the back of the pieces, you can see a blue crossed sword, a mark used by several manufacturers to imitate or pay homage to Meissen. The difference is that it does not appear to be the original Meissen mark, but rather from a later European factory (probably Czech, German, or even 20th-century Bohemian).

The Blue Onion pattern was created by Meissen around 1730 and later copied by many porcelain factories in Europe and Asia. These pieces are "authorized imitations," or quality reproductions, made in the mid-20th century.
