This elegant pair of French wall sconces from the mid-20th century embodies the lavish curves and intricate detailing of the Rococo style. Each sconce features two arms with ornate foliage-inspired scrollwork, topped with faux candle sleeves that enhance their antique charm.

Crafted in solid bronze, as marked on the reverse, these pieces display a beautiful golden patina with delicate surface craquelure, attesting to their age and authenticity. They bear the cast inscription "Mod Dep" (Modèle Déposé), indicating a registered design in France. These sconces have been retrofitted for electricity, though internal wiring may require inspection before use.
