Crucifijo de altar en cobre – circa 1850–1870 – elaborado a mano con ángeles en relieve y rica base ornamental


El crucifijo presenta una cruz ricamente ornamentada, con un Cristo de rasgos expresivos, esculpido con una notable delicadeza, rodeado de motivos vegetales y florales típicos del revival gótico. En la parte inferior, dos ángeles adorantes en relieve sostienen la base del madero, símbolo del acompañamiento celestial ante el sacrificio redentor.

La base circular, de cobre pesado, muestra una decoración en friso continuo con volutas, flores y guirnaldas, ejecutadas con precisión y profundidad. El conjunto conserva su pátina original y un brillo cálido que realza el trabajo artesanal y la nobleza del metal.

Pieza no restaurada, íntegramente original, con escasos leves signos de antigüedad que refuerzan su autenticidad y su carácter histórico. Ideal tanto para coleccionistas de arte sacro como para alta decoración, capillas privadas u oratorios domésticos.
