Antique professional cast iron iron, used by hatmakers and shoemakers to shape narrow and curved parts such as collars, hats, or footwear.
Hollow body designed to hold hot coals or a heated metal insert, with internal fins to better distribute the heat.
Original wooden handle fixed with a wrought iron bracket.

Authentic piece from the late 19th to early 20th century, showing age-related wear and patina consistent with its use and period.
