Bois, rafia, rest de pigmentation blanche probablement kaolin.

Les petits masques Lega servaient d’emblèmes initiatiques dans la société du Bwami. Ils pouvaient être portés sur le bras, la poitrine ou le front, tenus à la main, ou fixés sur des supports (barrières, paniers, statues, “arbres à masques”) lors des cérémonies et enseignements moraux.
