Vintage rooktafeltje op wieltjes – Formica, metaal & kunststof – jaren 50/60

Een charmant en zeldzaam vintage rooktafeltje uit de jaren 50–60, dat de sfeer van die tijd prachtig weet te vangen.
Het combineert formica, metaal en kunststof – materialen die destijds symbool stonden voor vernieuwing, elegantie en praktisch design.

Over Formica
Formica is een hoogwaardig hogedruklaminaat, opgebouwd uit lagen papier of linnen die zijn doordrenkt met thermohardende hars (meestal melaminehars).
Het materiaal werd geliefd om zijn duurzaamheid, hittebestendigheid, waterdichtheid en het gemak van schoonmaken.
In de jaren 50 en 60 vond formica zijn weg naar talloze interieurs en werd het een echt stijlicoon van de mid-century modern periode.

Beschrijving
Het tafeltje rust op vier originele wieltjes, waardoor het moeiteloos te verplaatsen is – een speels en praktisch detail dat zijn charme alleen maar versterkt.
De metalen asbak toont lichte gebruikssporen aan de binnenzijde, passend bij de leeftijd en het authentieke karakter van het stuk.
Verder verkeert het tafeltje in uitstekende vintage staat en is het klaar om opnieuw te stralen als decoratief pronkstuk in een interieur met persoonlijkheid.
