Un doppio omaggio all’icona che ha definito l’era videoludica: il primo quadro raffigura Mario nel suo stile 8-bit originale, sospeso in un salto sopra la celebre warp pipe verde, simbolo di avventura e scoperta. Il secondo reinterpreta la scena all’interno di una console moderna, come se il tempo avesse incastonato il mito nel pixel stesso: colori primari, geometrie nette e la luce azzurra che richiama lo schermo di gioco evocano la nostalgia dei pomeriggi anni ’90. Insieme, le due opere raccontano il passaggio “dal tubo al display”, la continuità tra passato e presente del mondo Nintendo.
