A beautiful and fully functional Beogram RX2. This is the last record deck from B&O with radial tonearm. It has been overhauled by me, retired engineer with long experience in restoration and sale of B&O record players. The works done include thorough cleaning, adjustments, change of drive belt, lubrication, check and polishing the lid. The automatic works 100% correct, and it runs at the correct speed without any unwanted noise. Recommended needle pressure 1.4 - 1.8 g. The pick-up is the original B&O MMC4, which has just recently been re-tipped by a highly recommended German Firm. This means that it now performs like new and can be expected to last for 10 years and more by normal use. The cost of re-tipping was €201. Due to this I have stated the reserve price of €200. Cosmetically the deck is close to mint - hardly any signs of use at all. Sound connection to amplifier is by phono (RCA) plugs. For safe shipment it will be packed using a strong oversize double walled corrugated cardboard box with plenty of polyethylene filling - as I have learned it from years of experience..
