a group lot of 2 roman bronze nummus (4th century AD) including : 1) CONSTANTINE I AE Nummus (322 AD). Great helmeted bust of Constantine ! Obverse : CONSTA NTINVS AVG, Cuirassed bust right, wearing crested and decorated helmet. Reverse : BEATA TRAN QVILLITAS, Altar with inscribed VO TIS XX in three lines, with globe above, surmounted by three stars, in ex. STR • under the ground line. Treveri mint 2,93 gr. RIC VII, 341 (Treveri). 2) CONSTANTIUS II bronze nummus (324-337 AD) - Gloria Exercitus Obv: FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C, laureate and cuirassed bust of Constantius II to right. Rev: GLOR - IA EXERC - ITVS, two soldiers standing facing each other, each holding inverted spear in his outer hand and placing his inner hand on shield set on ground, two signa between them, SMKΔ in exergue.
