De set bestaat uit een technisch skelet van LEGO Technic onderdelen en een flexibel, visvormig vel dat het model tot leven brengt. De beweging van het mechanisme simuleert realistische visbewegingen, waardoor het niet alleen een bouwset is, maar ook een dynamisch kunstobject.
