The Enmore sugar estate was established by Edward Henry Porter in the early 19th century. The distillery was once the home of the famed Wooden Coffey Still, closed in 1994 before the equipment was moved to DDL's Diamond distillery where it sits today. This is a continentally aged 29-year-old Demerara rum. Distilled in 1993, in a Wooden Coffee Still (EHP), and bottled in 2023 at 43.5% ABV. Matured in an ex-rum cask that yielded 118 bottles.
