Appearance: Deep gold

Aroma: Gentle notes of red apples, raisins, and honey cake; subtle undertones of nuts, mild spice, and a hint of orange peel

Taste: Rounded and smooth, featuring stewed fruit, toffee, and milk chocolate; sherry cask brings depth with cinnamon, dried figs, and a touch of almond; delicately spiced with no bitterness

Finish: Medium length with lingering fruit sweetness and caramel, completing with soft oak and a hint of nutmeg
