A large and fine cut glass tazza on silver base, measuring circa 29,5cm in diameter and weighing 1588g, repoussé decorated in floral and foliate design, the clear and white glass bowl cut with descending circles. Stamped to the underside with Danish assay marks for .826 silver, date mark 1845, assayer´s stamp of Peter Reiner Hinnerup, Leo zodiac month sign and maker´s mark of Thomas Jensen Lange, active from 1824-1860. Condition; Crack in the glass, mostly visible from the underside. Does not affect overall stability. Minor damages and wear to the silver base.
