Eric Borchert (né en 1911, décédé en 1941)
Grade et fonction : Sonderführer (Z) Lieutenant et reporter photographique de la Compagnie de Propagande (PK 501).

Contexte : Campagnes de Pologne, de France et mort à Tobrouk.

En tant que reporter de la PK (Propaganda-Kompanie), Eric Borchert écrivait et photographiait pour le compte de la propagande militaire allemande.

L'inscription "Fertigungsbüro Georg Schwarzkopf" pourrait  désigner :

L'entité qui était chargée de la production (impression, développement, montage) de ses reportages ou des documents internes pour la PK 501. C'était un "bureau de production" pour le matériel de propagande.
Historiquement  ce livre est très intéressante et apporte un éclairage unique sur le rôle d'Eric Borchert en tant que témoin et acteur de la propagande de guerre. 

Environ 80 pages 12 de texte le reste en photos noir et blanc et couleur.
