Newly released (Spring 2025) P2 Vintage 2008 , disgorged in 2024. Dom Pérignon's 2nd Plénitude (P2) is a vintage champagne made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes used to make this cuvée come from some of the finest terroirs in Champagne. Plénitude 2 refers to Dom Pérignon's second life. The liquid is aged for around fifteen years in the estate's historic cellars. During this time, the yeasts exult inside the bottle. The result is an exceptional cuvée.
