Twee erg leuke en decoratieve bijzettafels / plantentafels. De tafels zijn gemaakt van eikenhout en dateren van de jaren '60 of jaren '70 van de vorige eeuw. De tafels zijn bijna identiek. De ene tafel is slechts ongeveer 5cm hoger dan de andere.
De hoogste tafel weegt 2,8kg, is 65cmcm hoog en het blad heeft een diameter van 30cm. De lagere tafel heeft een hoogte van 60cm, en het blad heeft ook een diameter van 30cm. Het gewicht van deze tafel is ongeveer 2,5kg.
De tafels zijn waarschijnlijk gemaakt in Nederland, om meer precies te zijn: in Meubelfabriek Oisterwijk. Een fabriek (opgericht in de jaren '30 van de vorige eeuw) waar tussen 1960 en 1989 dit soort kleine eiken meubels werden gemaakt. Helemaal zeker is deze afkomst niet, omdat een fabricage-stempel ontbreekt.
De tafels zijn gemaakt in een stijl die ligt tussen Art Nouveau en Art Deco. Ze zijn best wel strak, maar toch komt de ronde S-vorm terug in de poten. Dit soort tafels werden ook in de voor-oorlogse jaren gemaakt. 

beide tafels vertonen wat kleine barstjes in het bovenblad. Deze barstjes zijn niet door het blad heen, en zijn ontstaan door temperatuurs- en vocht-invloeden (vocht in de lucht, maar ook water dat uit bloempoten liep na het water-geven). Ook is hier en daar de vernis gesleten van zowel de bovenbladen als de onderbladen (zie foto's). Al deze gebruikssporen zijn logische gebruikssporen, die horen bij meubels van zo'n 50 jaar oud. 
De tafels zijn beide nog erg stabiel, en dus niet alleen mooie meubels in een inrichting, maar ook erg functionele. Ze zijn te gebruiken als bijzettafel, maar ook als piëdestal (zie foto's).

Beide tafels worden zorgvuldig ingepakt en zorgvuldig verzonden.
