Andrea Imwiehe Sunlit Stillness_05 Diptychon, an original two-panel acrylic landscape painting in crème and green tones, overall 70 × 100 cm (panels 70 × 50 cm each), signed on the back and numbered with a certificate of authenticity, produced in 2025 and sold directly by the artist in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
Sunlit Stillness
The painting, created using a mixed technique of watercolor and acrylic, depicts three birch trunks against an abstracted, yellow-green background that evokes a light forest. The composition and the reduction to a few elements direct the viewer's attention to the characteristic bark of the birches and the play of light and shadow.
The background surface is designed with glazing color gradients and spray techniques, creating depth and a subtle, atmospheric effect. Despite the clear structure, the image conveys calmness and an almost meditative silence – a moment of nature observation captured in a reduced form language.
The artwork at a glance:
Painting on two high-quality canvases, each 70 x 50 cm, diptych with a total size of 70 x 100 cm.
Equipped with a hook and ready to hang immediately.
Acrylic painting with thick texture and a unique surface structure
Signed on the back, numbered, and accompanied by all image information.
Shipping is carried out professionally wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap.
Certificate of authenticity included
Andrea Imwiehe, winner of the art prize of AOK Nordost, Berlin/Brandenburg, and recipient of a scholarship from the Künstlerhaus Lukas in Ahrenshoop, is a graduate of the Hochschule für Bildende Künste Braunschweig.
