Cask Type: Extensive aging in casks that previously contained sherry (particularly oloroso), including a generous percentage of first-fill casks. This gives it its aromatic richness.
On the nose, it's a true delight: ripe fruit, honey, hazelnut, and vanilla mingle with delicate spices. On the palate, the texture is silky and generous, with notes of orange marmalade, dark chocolate, and toasted almonds, enhanced by a subtle hint of cinnamon. The finish is long, warm, and caressing, leaving a vibrant memory of dried fruit and noble oak.
