This is an object of decorative and applied art that was wasted by the Zuyevo manufactory during Soviet times. From the Cold War until the collapse of the Soviet Union, the government experienced a shortage of foreign currency for mutual settlements. For this purpose, the TORGSIN cooperative was organized, where only foreigners could buy with foreign currency. Since Soviet citizens could not buy anything, everything was exported, and today such items are rare in Russia itself.
