Made in Japan.

Tuner is same as Philips 22AH170 – Hi-fi AM/FM stereo tuner with three wavebands, PLL stereo decoder, automatic FM fine tuning, lisp suppression, and flywheel tuning. Exceeds DIN 45500 standards. Three wavebands: FM band (87.5-108 MHz), medium wave, and long wave. Field strength meter for precise tuning to maximum signal strength. Phase-locked loop stereo decoder with automatic mono/stereo switching when receiving weak FM signals. SISC lisp suppression for eliminating interfering background noise during FM stereo reception. LED stereo reception indicator. Automatic FM fine tuning (AFC). Ceramic high-Q filters for high AM selectivity. Special filters for suppressing mid-frequency signals on AM, eliminating annoying background noise. Stable flywheel tuning for quick and easy station selection. Clear, illuminated station scale. Low-profile, matte black metal cabinet. Highly suitable for built-in installation. Matching driver amplifier AH270 and power amplifier AH370.
