Technics SL‑1200LTD Limited Edition 24K Gold Direct Drive Turntable. 
Serviced, Rare – Collector’s Item or Pro DJ Use.

This rare collector’s item (number 5461) is one of only 10,000 units produced worldwide to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the legendary Technics SL‑1200 series. 
The LTD edition features 24k gold‑plated components and premium accessories, making it both a professional‑grade instrument and a showcase piece.  

Condition & History

- Excellent. Pure beauty. No scratches on piano black gloss of the turntable. Neither on the gold plated metal parts.
- The smoke‑gray/brownish acrylic dust cover shows minor cosmetic wear in the form of fine hairline scratches from routine dusting. These marks are purely superficial and do not affect functionality or sound quality.  
- The turntable has only been used for 20 hours in the year 2000, when it was part of an exhibition of Techno party flyers at the Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Art in Helsinki. During that event, it was operated by some of the country’s top DJs.  

- The unit has undergone a basic service by a professional shop prior to being offered for sale. 
The maintenance actions included the following:
- The mains fuse was replaced.
- The transformer was varnished.
- The tonearm height adjustment mechanism has been refurbished.
- The stylus was replaced (XV-15 stylus D625E).

Shipping
