A beautifully matured Highland single malt from the historic Balblair Distillery, this 1991 Vintage (bottled in 2018) represents one of the final releases before the brand transitioned away from its vintage-led range. Matured primarily in ex-bourbon and Spanish oak casks, this whisky reveals exceptional balance, depth, and refinement. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, it showcases the craftsmanship and natural character for which Balblair is renowned.

Tasting profile:

Nose: Rich and complex, with aromas of honeyed malt, baked apples, vanilla, and soft oak spice.

Palate: Smooth and layered, offering notes of toffee, citrus zest, dried fruits, and gentle oak tannins, with hints of warm spice and orchard fruit.
