CKO Kellermann - Tin toy - Ocean Steamer With Circling Airplanes No.237, Unboxed - 1910-1920 - Germany

Kellermann (CKO) - Ocean Steamer with circling Airplanes no. 237 - Germany 1910's Very rare and intact Kellermann ocean steamer with two airplanes circling around it. Several versions have been made, but I have not been able to find this version, with three chimneys on the steamer, anywhere else. Great and detailed tin lithography. For example, the ship has wooden oars on the floor and tin flags in the bow. The airplanes have pilots in uniforms The steamer works by clockwork and works well. It goes very slow and steady forward and the pace of the circling airplanes is most faster. The toy is marked with the Kellermanns initials "CKO" and "Made in Germany" both the steamer and the airplanes and the steamer is marked with "237" and the airplanes with "230" See photos for the general condition of the toy. They are a part of the description.
