ERKA folding 9x12 cm plate camera from circa 1916–1920, with three film holders, tested and working, in reasonable condition.

A camera you don't come across very often: from ERKA Fotowerke in Freital.
Foldable plate camera, for 9x12cm film.
Camera marked RK on the back wall, ERKA on the handle.
In the picture within the text: RK Erka Foto Werke Freital i.s.a.
Lens: Isconar 5.5 / 135mm, the lens is not completely clear, see photo. It has a functioning Gauthier shutter.
Tiltable viewer with a functioning spirit level, lens adjustable in height.
Germany circa 1916-1920
Three film holders in a case and canvas bag.
The camera is in mediocre to fair condition, dusty, and the bellows easily slide off the rail when extended.
Camera shows signs of use. The matte glass of the back wall is missing, and the rear hatch closes poorly.
Shutter works, not tested with film.
Size: approximately 12x16x5cm
Weight: approximately 850 grams.
