Description from the seller
Original natural history educational board from the mid-20th century, with the year indicated in the print note.
The motif depicts the Spotted Arum (Arum maculatum), carefully rendered in the typical color offset technique of that time – educational and at the same time imbued with quiet, decorative beauty.
The print was made on woven canvas paper (canvas print), framed at the top and bottom with original plastic strips.
Such charts were used in natural science classes and are now considered sought-after classics of vintage classroom aesthetics.
An authentic piece of teaching history that combines scientific accuracy with timeless grace.
