De oude geuze Cuvee Rene is een van de parels van de brouwerij Lindemans.Met haar goudkleurig uitzicht,sprankelende zachtzurige smaak en sherry achtige geur is ze de Geuze voor fijnproevers.
Een assemblage van oude en jonge Lambiek gerijpt in eiken foeder. Daarna wordt de Geuze gebotteld in een mooi champagne fles waarin een tweede gisting plaats vind. Na 6 maand wordt een goudkleurige geuze,,sprankelende en zachtzurige  verkregen. na x aantal jaren bewaren wordt deze Geuze echt buitengewoon.Ontstaat door het mengen van1/3 oude lambiek van minstens 3 jaar en 2/3 jonge lambiek van minstens 1 jaar en gerijpt in enorme eiken tonnen van 10.000 liter (foeders). de jonge lambiek bevat nog voldoende gisten en suikers voor hergisting op de fles. Bij dit proces onstaat ook koolzuurgas dat voor een mooie sprankeling en schuimvorming zorgt. Na ontvangst een 3tal weken laten rusten alvorens te genieten.
