Two early Spode English porcelain items, a cup and saucer and matching cream jug, decorated in pattern number 4711 with hand-painted gold decoration. The marks and four-digit pattern number, as well as the style and feet of the creamer, allow accurate dating.

According to Spode documentation and collector references, pattern numbers in the 4000–5000 range were introduced and used circa 1828–1835. Pattern 4711 fits squarely within the Regency during the Josiah Spode II/early Copeland stewardship.​ The simple backstamp "SPODE" impressed and painted marks also indicate pre-1833 production, before the company officially became Copeland & Garrett.​

Jug/Creamer: Elegant footed, heavily gilt, classic early 19th-century Spode bone china with ornate scrolled handle and paw feet.

Cup and Saucer: Matching gilt decoration, delicate form, and matching hand-painted pattern number.

The lavish gilding, scrolling florals, and shaped forms are typical of luxury Spode wares intended for affluent Regency and early Victorian tea tables.

Both have no breaks, cracks or repairs.
