The A1710 - Fort Saint Louis aged rum is the result of a meticulous selection led by Cédric Paviot, Cellar Master of the A1710 distillery, with the direct involvement of Fort Saint-Louis. This partnership underlines a strong anchoring in Martinique's history and traditions, while showcasing demanding artisanal know-how. Made from cane from organically cultivated plots, this rum aged for three years in the distillery's cellars, developing an expressive and harmonious aromatic profile.
