Description from the seller
Morris Minor Convertible
Are you looking for a genuine classic with character? This beautiful Morris Minor Convertible from 1958 is offered by Heritage Cars and is a special piece of British automotive history. The car has been in the family for many years and is ready to delight a new enthusiast.
It is an original factory convertible, not a converted saloon. In addition, it is a rare transitional model with panoramic windscreen and the characteristic split-wiper system. This provides a unique combination of classic design and improved visibility.
BODYWORK & PAINTWORK
The body, chrome, and paintwork are in good, used condition. There is virtually no rust, dents, or damage. The paint looks neat and the gaps are correct and fitting for a car of this age. It is an older restoration dating back more than 30 years.
INTERIOR
The interior is in good, used condition that suits the age of the vehicle. Everything looks cared for and authentic, with a nice classic feel. The carpet, seat upholstery, and door panels are still in good and tidy condition. The dashboard shows light signs of aging. The gauges are still in decent condition.
CONVERTIBLE TOP
The convertible top operates as it should. However, the vinyl is not fully watertight and there is a small tear in the material.
TECHNICAL CONDITION
Under the hood lies the reliable 948cc engine that runs smoothly and briskly. The car starts well and is ready for relaxed rides or participation in classic car events. The Morris drives, stops, and steers as it should.
OTHER INFORMATION
This is an honest, neat, and ready-to-drive classic, ready to be enjoyed. We recommend viewing the car in person to get the best possible impression of its condition.
For questions about the vehicle, we are happy to speak with you by phone. Inspections are possible in Delft.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
