AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Beautiful Nautilus Pompilius shell — a species of cephalopod from the family Nautilidae. The shells are well-developed, symmetrical external shells coiled planispirally (in a single plane) — and although this spiral is a logarithmic spiral, like the golden spiral, contrary to common belief, the shells of nautiluses never have the shape of a golden spiral. The shell provides external protection for the animal and also participates in regulating its buoyancy. Dimensions: 125/85/175mm. Highly recommended for collectors and interior decorators.
