Kangxi blue‑and‑white porcelain small dish, 15.5 cm diameter, 1.7 cm high, depicting a scholar holding a peach in a garden with a double blue circle, dating to the Kangxi period (c.1650–1700) and made in China; in good condition with minor glaze specks, kiln flaw and rim chip, no restorations, sold without a stand.

A particularly refined Chinese literati-porcelain saucer, painted under cobalt blue glaze on white. At the center is a depiction of a scholar holding a peach in his hand, a symbol of immortality and long life, in a garden landscape with a fence and a tree and crops. The image is encircled by a double blue circle. On the back, likewise a double circle.
Condition: good condition with a few hairlines in the glaze, kiln fault, chip on the edge, foot ring with typical signs of aging and kiln grit. No restorations, no cracks.
