Description from the seller
Dear Bidders,
Thank you for your interest in my offer.

For all 60’s lovers.
SOME GENERAL INFORMATIONS:
Fritz Müller Temde (1889–1964),son of a furniture manufacturer from the Lippe region, recognized early on that the electrification of everyday life that began at the beginning of the 20th century would bring with it an increasing need for lighting fixtures for the living area,which at that time was still largely satisfied as a commercial side branch of established metal or wood processing companies.So he focused on specialization and founded a company in Detmold in 1911 for the manufacture of lighting fixtures under the company TEMDE.
SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS:
* Made in Germany
* Material: teak wood, aluminium
* Measurements: approx. 50x32 cm
* With movable arm
* Please watch all the pictures, they are also a part of description
* I would like to point out that the items I am selling are several decades old and therefore show general signs of use and age, such as minor scratches, scuffs, discoloration, dust, dents, patina, chips etc.
Any major damage is always shown in the photos
* Please remember about Catawiki’s rules and make a payment maximally within 3 days after auction end
The lamp will be properly prepared for the shipping ( mainly recycled materials ) and sent insured ( up to 500€ ).
IMPORTANT:
If, however, the item is damaged or lost, please contact me via the internal Catawiki chat.
According to EU law for courier companies, in any case of damage to an international shipment, the first step in obtaining compensation is for the RECIPIENT to report the damage to their local supplier within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Only then, after the RECIPENT ( you ) receives a certificate of damage, I as the sender can claim compensation.
In addition, the following photos will be required: the damage to the item, the outside of the box with the shipping label, and the inside of the box including the materials used to protect the shipment.
Please don’t bid if you don’t accept that.
Happy bidding and good luck!
