Neoli Himalayan White Pure Single Rum is a creation of the artisanal distillery Himmaleh Spirits and is the first pure white rum produced in the Kumaon Plateau, in the Himalayas. The raw material is fresh sugarcane juice, grown in mineral-rich soil and nourished by the clear Himalayan waters, and fermentation occurs spontaneously. The rum is distilled in a double retort pot still, following a method used for the first time in India for this type of rum. For the production of this rum, Himmaleh Spirits also collaborates with small local farmers, promoting sustainable agricultural practices and ensuring fair remuneration, while ensuring the entire supply chain is fully traceable. The name Neoli draws inspiration from the Nyoli bird - Psilopogon virens - whose melodious song is associated with the rhythms of mountain life. 70cl 50% vol. India
