Ceramic ushabti/shabti with blue-green glaze and a column of hieroglyphic inscriptions in relief on the front.
Mummy-shaped figurine wearing a tripartite wig. The arms are modelled, crossed over the chest, with the hands holding a pair of hoes. On the back, a bag of grain with hatching. 
The statuette has a ventral inscription of incised hieroglyphics. Ancient Egypt, Late Period, 
Late Period, 26th/31st Dynasty, 664 to 332 BC.
With a label on the back  26th Dynasty and place of discovery Deir el-Bahari.
Height 11.2 cm - Perfect condition - no restoration.
Provenance: Germany, S.G.L. gallery.
Previously:  private collection in Frankfurt, partly from the special collection of the Egyptian art auction house Weidler 2006.
The object is accompanied by an export licence issued by the German cultural authorities.
