AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Beautiful 'COMTOISE' clock, made with zone-driven movement. Brass/enamel with its old, fully intact casting, reminiscent of a bucolic scene.
Watch dating from around 1860, with a signed, intact, and clean dial, showing normal signs of age.
Original carved hands.
Percussion with an external hammer on a bubble, which indicates the rarity of the object.
Recently serviced, cleaned, and oiled by an expert watchmaker. It works regularly.
Good cordage. Rizla cleaned with a specific product. Case cleaned and expertly repainted.
Authentic, including hand-molded brass hands.
Movement with perfect escapement. Excellent percussion. Excellent repetition.
It holds the exhaust well.

N.B. The clock is supplied WITHOUT the winding key, WITHOUT weights or pendulum, which in the photos are for illustrative purposes only! We recommend using weights of 3.5 kilograms for winding and 4 for striking.
Restoring this Comtoise took a lot of time and money. Therefore, I prefer a safe and secure shipment!
Size 28x14 cm and 42 cm in height including the hat.
It weighs 5.700 kg.

N.B. Shipping will be via registered mail with suitable packaging.
The costs also include the materials used for packaging.
Any additional customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
The photos are an integral part of the description.
Happy bidding.
