This rum matured at in altitude of 2300 meters above sea level in selected barrels that previously aged robust American whiskeys, delicate sherries, fine Pedro Ximénez wines and recently charred barrels. La Pasión Elegantly Complex & Sweet The Passion Cask is carrefully crafted, resulting in a sublime blend of rums which have been further finished in ex Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks.
