Brass graphometer signed by Meurand in Paris.
Antoine-Joseph Meurand seems to have worked from 1750.
Member of a guild of master founders between 1770 and 1772.
He supplies instruments for the military mission sent by France to Constantinople.

The graphometer is in very good condition with its original case (a hook is missing).
