Three wooden Florentine jewellery or document boxes from Italy, dating to 1940–1950, in good used condition with small signs of age; the set includes a domed-lid box in red Pompeian colour with gold decorations and white interior (22 x 14 x 14 cm, 400 g), a triangular red Pompeian box with a hand-painted round medallion (21 x 21 x 7 cm, 300 g), and a square box with a domed lid and four Pompeian red handles surrounding a lady’s print (19 x 19 x 8 cm, 300 g).

Set of jewelry or document boxes typical of Florence, from the craftsmanship of the 1930s-1950s. Included is a beautiful and unique jewelry box with a domed lid, similar to a chest. The craftsmanship is all handmade, in Pompeian red color, with gold decorations. The interior is painted white.
Measurements: 22 x 14 x 14 cm; weight: 400 grams.
The other is an original triangular-shaped jewelry box with worked sides. All craftsmanship is handmade in Pompeian red and decorated with gold. The round medallion in the center is hand-painted.
