Bronze footstool with Napoleon III style decor, in the style of F. Barbedienne, signed Paris.
Very beautiful late 19th-century piece in gilded bronze and patina, with a central relief medallion depicting a female figure surrounded by floral and decorative motifs in copper.

The cups were decorative pieces prized in European bourgeois interiors, serving both as art objects and as fruit bowls or table centerpieces.
