Antique altar lectern in Baroque style, made of gilded wood and hand-carved.
Under the gold leaf gilding, the red Armenian bole is visible.
The lectern features a rectangular frame with delicate decorative engravings.
The stand is supported by four turned and round feet.
The adjustable backrest allows for various reading angles and features a grid decoration with flowers and leaves, which is highly decorative and creates a play of light through polishing with agate stone.

It is in good condition, perfectly functional, and complete with every part. There are some minor restoration efforts and a few small defects, stains, or tiny gaps, which are perhaps normal given the age.
Many photos were taken to better understand the condition of the object and the quality of the woodworking.
The lectern can find new life by displaying old books or musical scores.
