Drawn from a single cask (#R4002) and bottled at a formidable 68.4% ABV, it was specially selected by Velier for Eataly — one of only 242 bottles stated on the label (though 221 were ultimately released). With an angel’s share exceeding 75%, this bottling captures the full intensity and concentration of Caroni’s unmistakable heavy rum style.
