From the Full Moon series, image created in 2010. Artwork released recently in a very small edition of 10 pieces. Print no 1 of the edition. Provenance from the artist studio.
Stamped on recto and signed on verso. Includes a signed & numbered Certificate of Authenticity. The print will be shipped rolled (tracked & insured) protected in acid free materials in a robust tube.
The Full Moon Series has been selected for several prestigious awards including: the Life Framer 2019 and Aesthetica Art Prize 2017. Lichtenberg's moonlight work has recently received an honorary mention by Marion Tandé of the Museum of Modern Art, New York at the Life Framer competition.
André Lichtenberg was born in Brazil and is based in the UK. Know for his large scale constructed artworks that explore the complex relationship between humans and the environment. His work has been exhibited in museums and private galleries worldwide, including the Barbican Centre London in 1998, Centre Pompidou/IRCAM, Paris in 2015/16 and Fabrica, Brighton in 2018. His artworks are represented in numerous international art collections including a recent acquisition by the prestigious Joseph Cohen Family Collection in NY.
