Very rare silver commemorative medal 0.925 from Patek Philippe, issued in 1989 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Geneva watchmaking manufacturer.

The medal features the dates 1839-1989 and the name Patek Philippe, with an inscription dedicated to the friends of the house.
