Description from the seller

A rare bottle of Gueuze Cantillon Loerik. Bottled in 1998. Stored in a (humid) cellar since 1998.
The bottle, having been stored in a damp cellar, has a slightly rusted cap. You can see in one of the photos that the beer has not evaporated.

Damp-stained label, label creased at edge, Loerik is Flemish for "lazy boy," a reference to the uncharacteristically long wait for re-fermentation to occur in bottle

Cantillon Loerik 1998 was a one-off production, which makes the 27-year-old aged beer extremely rare. A bottle sold for US$2,583 in April 2014. It still holds the record as the most expensive bottle of beer ever sold.
