The subject of the auction is a vintage ASIS model 130 pencil sharpener from the former GDR. ASIS pencil sharpeners were initially manufactured by RTD (Feintechnik Eisfeld in Thuringia) and later by ASW (Alfred Schneider Werdau). It is made of silver metal with a hammered finish and a bakelite crank. I checked the blades and they are very sharp. It shaves pencils beautifully. There is no container for shavings and no desk attachment. An original witness to the times. The product is in good condition, see the photos that are part of the description. The missing elements do not affect the functionality of the product. The product will be carefully packed and shipped with a tracking code. The legs will be disassembled for shipping.
