Magnificent set of two French manual coffee grinders, coming from reputed workshops known for the quality of their mechanics.
These solid wood mills and metal domes perfectly illustrate the utilitarian and robust design of the 1930s–1950s, a period during which every household had its own domestic mill.
Peugeot Frères – Valentigney (Doubs, France)
Iconic model with its golden oval plaque.
Peugeot, before becoming a car manufacturer, was one of the largest mill manufacturers in the world.
Current model between 1930 and 1950.

ODAX – Made in France
French manufacturer active in the 1940s–1950s. Solid models intended for everyday domestic use.
Original green-painted dome, typical of the brand.
Dimensions: height 20cm, width 15cm, depth 15cm for the Peugeot mill. And for the second one: height 18cm, depth 11cm, width 11cm.
