A set of four dining chairs, fully crafted from solid Rio Palissander wood, a hard, exotic, and still valuable type of wood. This wood features beautiful flame patterns and warm reddish-brown to orangish-brown colors with shades of chocolate brown to black.
The dining chairs were manufactured in the 1960s by the Dutch furniture manufacturer A.W.A. (Alink.Wilhelm.Almelo), based in Almelo.
All dining chairs are solid and have been used sparingly, as the authentic finish shows minimal signs of wear. Thanks to the maintenance of a matte finish, they have a very beautiful satin sheen!
The upholstery has been fairly recently renewed and matches well with the style period of the chairs in both pattern and color.
