Description from the seller

18K Gold Framed Hand Painted Brooch Signed Artwork Amorphous Design 60.8 × 52 mm

Elegant and unique hand painted brooch set within an 18K yellow gold frame, featuring an amorphous, organic shape that gives the piece a striking sculptural appearance.

The central miniature artwork appears to be a delicate hand painted composition, possibly depicting a romantic or symbolic subject, and bears a partially legible signature (appears to read “Verarion” or similar).

The finely crafted 18K gold border, measuring approximately 3.76 mm in thickness, complements the artwork beautifully, creating a sophisticated contrast between fine art and jewelry design.

This brooch exemplifies artistic craftsmanship, likely produced by an artisan jeweller or studio during the mid-to-late 20th century. A wonderful collector’s item combining goldsmithing and miniature painting traditions.
