The Pentax K2 is a semi-professional SLR camera for 35mm film. It was the first Pentax SLR with the redesigned PK bayonet.
This camera was introduced in Japan in 1975. It was and remains a very popular camera to this day because of its simplicity and mechanical operation.
The K2 features a Silicon photo diode TTL light meter cell and a mechanical shutter with speeds from 1 second to 1/1000 second, B and automatic modes.
The offered camera has been checked for proper functioning.
All shutter speeds work very accurately. The light meter also functions very precisely. In the automatic mode A, the speed is automatically selected based on the aperture set by the user.
Of course, the user can also operate the camera completely manually and set the aperture and shutter speed as desired.
The light seals on the film reel and the mirror damper are still in very good condition.
Works with 2 LR44 or EPX76 batteries (included).
The exterior condition is very beautiful, with minor signs of use. See photos; these are also part of the description.
The Sigma Mini-Wide f2.8/28mm lens is in excellent and perfectly functioning condition. This is an ideal small wide-angle lens for a variety of applications.
All glass is intact, free of scratches and cleaning marks, with no haze or mold present.
The diaphragm works perfectly from f2.8 to f22, as well as all intermediate stops.
Included is a Vivitar 52mm Skylight (1A) UV filter (in new condition), a front Sigma lens cap, and a rear Pentax lens cap.
This splendid and well-functioning Pentax K2 with Sigma lens comes from my personal collection and has always been surrounded with the greatest care.
In other words... this is a well-functioning camera that can still capture many wonderfully beautiful images.
Will be securely and carefully packed and shipped with a Track & Trace number and insurance.
